How to make 45° bend on trunking

In previous post,we learn about how to make 90° angle in trunking. So we are going to use the same method, but different scale to make 45° angle bend. It's easy and simple to make it. All you need to do is understand and keep practicing to make it perfect.

Tools needed :

Metal cutter
Ruler or Measuring tape
Pencil (for draw lines on trunking)

WARNING :
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CUT TRUNKING,THIS MAY CAUSE INJURIES FROM SHARP EDGES BY CUTTING THE TRUNKING. WEAR GLOVES TO AVOID INJURIES.

In 45° bend for trunking the measurement is different and still going to use the same triangle method. The left and right side of the triangle is 2.5CM as the picture below shown and lets get started

1) Take a trunking with measurement of 400MM

2) Make a middle line on trunking to find out middle line divide 400MM by 2 you will get 200MM. So 200MM is the middle line.

 3) Next make a triangle based on the scale.

4) Cut the triangle by following the shaded parts.

5) This is what look after cut the triangle.

6) Now cut the sharp edges to make it like a tongue for inset inside the trunking to hold.

7) Now insert the tongue inside and it will perfectly look like 45° angle.

8) Take a trunking cover and make a triangle same as you done the trunking before.

9) Finally put the cover on it and you are done make it perfect.

YOU ARE MASTER HOW TO MAKE 45° ANGLE. DO IT REGULARLY AND YOU WILL DO IT PERFECTLY WITHOUT ANY INJURIES.
