How main switch works

Main switch is a good protection device for house or industrial wiring to protect from happening over current. This main switch works in simple way and easy to understand. Doesn't matter single phase or three phase it works in same way. Lets look at it.

The current rate for main switch is 32A for single phase and 63A for three phase. Every main switch has fuse. This fuse will protect home or industrial wiring from getting over current. When over current happen this fuse will blow off first and the RCCB (Residual Circuit Current Breaker) will trip.
To make sure to prevent over current happening in house or industrial wiring, Hire a license or competent electrician to fixed the problem and then insert new fuse to the main switch. If the main switch is damaged, replace new one.

There's several types of main switch is used for safety precautions.
