DC generators are so useful todays as produce DC current to supply loads. Generators works in mechanical energy from another DC motor to connect DC generators to produce electrical energy. In position 0, no current induced because there's no cutting of magnetic field lines.In position 90, the coil are in horizontal position. Now in this position,the cutting lines in the magnetic fields are maximum thud the induced current is maximum too. In position 180 as same as position 0,there's no cutting lines in magnetic field so no current is induced. In position 270, the coil is horizontal again and there's maximum induced current. In position 360 no cutting lines on magnetic field lines and no current is induced. So the induced current for each position are :
Position 0 : 0 Current
Position 90 : Maximum Current
Position 180 : 0 Current
Position 270 : Maximum current
Position 360 : 0 Current

How to generate DC Current ?
To generate DC current you need to attach DC motor and DC generator together. Join them with coupler so it can rotate together. Run the DC motor by giving incoming supply and use multi meter or volt meter at DC generator to check voltage at outgoing current. This will generate DC current depends on speed of the rotation.
