Dimmer Light Switch

You can control the speed of a fan,but can you control the brightness of the light? Yes you can control it. Here what the dimmer switch kick in. Dimmer switch is used to control the brightness of light. Means you can dim or bright the light.Dimmer switch comes with two ways. One which join switch and the dimmer in one socket. Another is the dimmer and the switch are isolate. When it's isolate you need to wire both isolatedly. So the efficient way to use the unisolated one. To wire a dimmer switch let's look the picture below.

 The wiring for dimmer is easy. There's 'In' and 'Out' connection as the black wire shown in dimmer switch and it's already connected in it. To wire this dimmer switch, There's two output. You can connect it in order or vise versa.

 The live wire from bulb is connect to the output dimmer. Another output is wired to the switch and the end of the switch is connect to the MCB. Now the wiring is done.

To check whether the dimmer switch is working, you need to turn the dimmer in clockwise to glow brightly. To glow dimly, turn the dimmer to counter-clockwise.  

Now you able to wired a dimmer switch and you can play it to flicker your light bulb. Don't flick to much,it will blow up your bulb
