Testing and Solving common problems on earth resistance system.

We now able to know what is earth resistance system works and the purpose to install in single phase and three phase.There's only one final thing to do. Is the earth resistance testing and solve some common problems in earth resistance system. This is very important because, this earth resistance system going to safe you and your home. Lets get started.

To do earth resistance test, we need earth resistance tester and earth spike. Now open the earth chamber the place you plant earth copper tube. Using the earth resistance tester, there's three terminal you need to plug at the copper tube and the 2 earth spike. The three terminal has label E,P and C. After plug the three terminals,then press the push button at the earth resistance tester. The resistance reading will show in the meter.

A good earth resistance reading is 10‎Ω. It cannot be more or less than ‎10Ω. So what happen if the reading show more or less than 10Ω?. Your home RCCB controls your house electrical device from happening earth leakage. When the earth leakage happen with high or less resistance than ‎10‎Ω, the RCCB tripping speed will be slow and damaged your electrical appliance. In order to solve this problem let look at the problems by High and low earth resistance.

Factor of High resistance and Low resistance reading.

1. The earth copper tube damaged.
2. The soil incompatible for the copper tube.
3.  Wound or cut earth wires.
4. Earth copper tube plant in hill and mountain area.
5. Moisture in soil
6. Too much water(cause by rain)

Solutions of these problems :

 

1) Add two or more earth copper tube.

 

This is because, adding more earth copper tube can reach the depth of the soil that can provide efficient earth resistance. 

 

2) Pour little amount of salt water

 

Pure water is poor conductor of electricity.But adding impurities like salt make the electrical conductivity increase and the earth resistance will stable.

 

3) Connect Earth electrode in parallel.

 

If adding more earth copper tube isn't working, you can plant copper tube in parallel and make parallel connection on it. This will add efficient amount of earth resistance.

 

4) Plant copper tube in flat ground if your house build on high hills.

 

Hillside has solid ground than flat ground. This can increase earth resistance and too bad for your home. You should move your earth copper tube in flat ground that can stable the reading of earth resistance.

Installation of TV antenna Systems

Alright dummies, it's time to do some technical stuff. Because we going to learn how to install TV antenna system that helps you watch Game of Thrones, We learn how this TV antenna works in previous post. The only left is how to install it. Dummies!! pack up your tools and lets do some handyman stuff.

The first thing you need to do is to climb on at your house rooftop. Use ladder to climb,don't climb by neighbors wall, or you will be hurt. Safety First. Now select the perfect spot to install your TV antenna. If you bought a TV antenna at hardware shop,it have all accessories to install, so don't worry. Now place antenna bracket and drill holes to install it securely. Now If you have one antenna or two antenna, you can fix both or one. depend on your need. 

Bolt the antenna at the bracket and your done.

When you done install antenna,now dummies it;s time to do some wire cutting stuff. You don't understand we going to do wiring for your antenna. The wire you are going to use is Coaxial cable.

Don't worry we have the schematics. In the schematics, There's two antenna. One antenna connect to the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) and another antenna connect to VHF (Very High Frequency) at the Antenna booster. Now another terminal at antenna booster goes to the power supply.

When you connect the incoming of the power supply,then connect the outgoing terminal of power supply to the TV. Now you are done to the wiring and the installation. The last thing you need to is on your TV. Tune your TV and let the it to load the channels that receive by your house antenna.To tune channels in your TV, go to your TV menus for options.

Now you get all your national broadcast channel.But wait, don't hurry to watch channels,because some channels in distortion. So you need another man to climb at your house rooftop. Use ladder also!!! safety first. Let say your TV3 channel isn't properly clear, so shout the man at roof top "Hey change the direction to Left or Right". When the channel gets clear without distortion, now you we able to watch TV.

You are completely install your home TV antenna system. But wait There's some problems you may face. Lets look at it. If channels keeps distorting and isn't clear, the solution is Screw the coaxial cable at the antenna booster and the power supply too. Turn  on the power supply or Change the direction of antenna.

When he done steam engine,he has to measure the power of steam engine that it work done in second or minutes. This is where the unit of Watt comes with his name to identify the power of electric motor,kettle,microwave and so on.

3. Alessandro Volta

 Every electronic device that you have probably batteries inside. Yeah!! there you know, this dude invented batteries. He first made a battery with zinc and copper and with sulfuric acid to make Electrochemical cells. This where the first battery born. Remember!!! every time you says 'Volts' which comes from his name Volta.

4.Micheal Faraday

 He is the father of electromagnetism. As we familiar with Faraday law, he plays important roles to study about electromagnetism. He first invention is a spindle that is the basics of all motor we use today. His discovery made the world electrify that he invent electric motor,transformer,generator and so on. SO dummies lets thank him!!!.

5.Thomas Alva Edison

His famous quote always inspire everyone in the world. 'I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.' Look at the light at your house. The light is glowing because of his first light bulb invention that make everyone's home bright. Morever, he invented phonograph,sockets,switches,DC motor and DC (Direct Current). He invention let the world make better and better.

 

6. Nikola Tesla

The best competitor for Thomas Alva Edison is this guy. There's battle between Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison to prove their invention is best. Nikola tesla invented electric generator to generate AC (Alternating Current). He also invented Tesla coil. His major role in electricity is to transmit electricity wireless. Now we able to transmit information wireless thanks to Nikola Tesla. In other words, He is a modern day Tony Stark!!. Well he not invent Iron Man :P
